I love Sally's. When you walk in you automatically have a personal shopper who can answer all your questions and help you find what is perfect for you. Customer service like that no longer exists anywhere else. Another important attribute is when a assistant doesn't know the answer to your question they admit it and try to find the answer. Maggie was so awesome at helping me find the items I needed. She was very knowledgeable about the products I needed. She offered other items that I needed to get with my hair dye. She was so friendly and professional. The store was very clean and organized. The shopping experience was great!! I haven't shopped there in years, but I was in and out no long wait in line.
