Ferrara’s HVAC service was great. I called other HVAC companies and they wouldn’t come out. Tyler from Ferrara’s showed up on time, thoroughly explained my issue and helped me to resolve my problem.
If I could give them 12 stars I would. Friendly knowledgeable efficient. Fixed a small problem for a fraction that others wanted to charge me thousands. Will definitely use them again. Tyler & Bob are real ones. Can’t thank them enough.
Ferraras gave me a quote that was much lower then the competitors. I accepted it and the installation of heat pump and air handler were scheduled for the next day. The crew showed up, did an exceptional job! Explained everything in detail, excellent clean up. I would highly recommend Ferraras to everybody!!!
