Wow! Courteous. Customer service above and beyond. Quick response. Saved my butt!! Worth every reasonable penny of cost! Won't hesitate to use them if I have a future need for their services.
I called spoke to Kim about my safe not letting me in so she said call when new keypad comes in then she would upon arrival come over. My keypad from Winchester came in and called Kim who then put me on the schedule. The tech. Named David called said he would be here in an hour. David came in and within 1/2 hour had it diagnosed and fixed. We feel the charges were more than reasonable and if you’re needing a locksmith these are ones to call! Thanks Kim
