Update on my review. Yes, they dropped the ball on, not showing up and calling. But I have to say Chris reached out and took full responsibility, which was very much appreciated. He asked to come by the next day, and he was very polite and apologetic. So, I did sign up for one of their programs. Hopefully, it's smooth sailing from here.
I like my technician, but this time I had fertilizer granules all over my patio, driveway and sidewalk. Not sure what your policy is, but maybe he could be a little more careful around those areas in the future.
