“I have been coming here for a couple months now and I have always been welcomed with open arms until today. The facility is always clean and well maintained. However today the staff working was very pushy and rude. She talked down to me when I asked for help while introducing HotWorx to one of my good friends. We felt like we were being pushed out and unwelcome.EDIT: I was called by the manager and felt heard about my experience.
