I called from Dallas to get another pair of glasses made for my son that he had lost. They were able to look up his prescription and frames he purchased a year ago and 31 minutes later they were ready.Fantastic service.
I went in to get glasses and the service, the explanation of what I was getting and how my insurance covered was explained and detailed so good! I don't remember the name of the lady who helped me but she was excellent! Glasses were ready with in 20 mins of me leaving!!
Me and my brother went to Vision Mart this evening to purchase a pair of glasses. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Quinton, an employee at the store.He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products in the store. He was able to offer me a BOGO so I know have 2 great pairs of glasses. 5 stars for the store and 5,000 stars for the customer service.Thanks Quinton!
