I knew Lucky would receive excellent overnight post-surgery care which enabled me to get a worry-free night of sleep. Javan for his post-operative care and Dr. Amy Gonzales who originally diagnosed Lucky's problem. What I appreciated most is the staff's knowledge and empathy.
Being at the Emergency Vet on a Saturday night was not on my Bingo Card for the evening but there Stone and I were. Stone wasn't feeling well and our mobile vet said we needed to get him in immediately. Lauren (Vet Tech) was very knowledgeable and nice. She took such good care of Stone. Dr Angel was very patient with all my questions did not try to over order any unnecessary testing which I loved. I couldn't have asked for two better people to guide me through what was happening. I even had a few questions after we left and they happily answered them the next day. Stone is slowly getting better. Dr. Amy Gonzales, Sam & Calista were amazing! They took. wonderful care of our Nova and her 3 babies. What I appreciated most is their compassion and understanding during my emergency.
