As a DIY fixer, i enjoyed the capability to go to a local shop and get the parts I needed to fix a washing machine. I called ahead to verify they had the parts I needed, and went in and was able to get them. I did have to give the part numbers again. The parts are stored behind the counter so it's more of a warehouse instead of searching through aisles trying to find it yourself. It was also cheaper than amazon to get the parts without the wait for shipping.Thanks
