We had to replace a window on our home due to lawnmower debre. The windows were not something they had readily available so they got right on it and got it ordered and was back in business in know time. They provided great and quick service and always answered the phone. Price was not on my radar due to the circumstances but I believe they keep it inline with the market price.

We replaced all our windows in our house in Rush Park while at the end of Covid. Nathan told us that the supply chain was still backed up and it might be about 13-16 weeks out to get our windows. We had just replaced windows in our Dallas home, so we knew what to expect as far as installation and pricing. Nathan's crew was very experienced especially working on older homes like ours here in Lubbock. They were courteous and professional in their time in our home and cleaning up each day. We also had Reid It Right replace one of our outdoor doors. Same execution. We wholeheartedly recommend Nathan and his company for any work at your house.

We were familiar with replacement windows because we replaced them in our home in Dallas, pre-Covid. After meeting with several window companies in Lubbock we about to give up when walking in our neighborhood on night came across a yard sign of Reid It Right Construction.
