I met Stephanie McFadden to get help on replacing all of my windows and doors. It was a great experience. My wife and I met with Stephanie McFadden, replacement window consultant for Pella Windows & Doors of Lubbock TX. She was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I ask a lot of questions. Stephanie had all the answers. I was skeptical about the double pane windows being as efficient as triple pane windows, so not wanting me to take her word for it, she demonstrated for me with glass samples, a heat lamp and a device to measure air heat. It was impressive, as was she. I highly recommend Pella Windows. Ask for Stephanie to help you out. You'll be happy you did.
