I just walked out of a massage with Kate a few minutes ago and want to clarify that I walked out yet had limped in. I had been suffering from some kind of pinch in my lower back for 2 weeks. I told her where the pain was and she immediately went to work in other areas, figuring out the root of the pain, then focusing on a few areas I had not imagined could be related. I was blown away when it was all said and done...walking out of there the pain was gone and there was no chiropractic-type popping during the session, just directed deep pressure work. Glad to have found this practice to experience unique yet relaxing massages performed by Kate and Ann. They use traditional Yinyang techniques into their unique massages. Although differ from general massages I was able to feel relaxed and my neck pain was also eased. Kate could sound demanding at first but as you come more often she’s fine.

I hold tension in my body and always develop painful knots. Kate works very hard to work out knots and tension and she is able find the problem areas that cause me pain. My body always feels better after a session with kate.
