We recently had Lowery install a 14 kW Generac whole house standby generator. It included a propane tank system and was completed in less than 6 hours. The entire process was performed by dedicated and skilled professionals led by Luis. The craftsmanship was obvious in every step. The site work, tank preparation, electrical work and relay switching box were meticulously installed. The entire system, once complete, was successfully tested. Luis spent time demonstrating operation and control through the microprocessor user interface. Within about 10 days of installation we experienced another of too many power outages. My wife and I bought a 1950s ranch style home in Lubbock. It had original sewer lines and was in need of repair. Called three local plumbing services, and Lowery was the only quote given that would not destroy our property and yard. We worked with Phillip, Bryce, Isaiah and Abe. We could not be happier with the results. Isaiah and Abe worked LONG hours for several days getting our sewer line corrected. They were polite, friendly and awesome. From beginning to end we had a very very good experience. They are now are "go to" HVAC and plumbing guys!
