We have been using Lowery for over 10 years, and they have been outstanding. We used them for a/c repairs and a new a/c new water heater, repairs on things. We recently had Lowery install a 14 kW Generac whole house standby generator. It included a propane tank system and was completed in less than 6 hours. The entire process was performed by dedicated and skilled professionals led by Luis. The craftsmanship was obvious in every step. The site work, tank preparation, electrical work and relay switching box were meticulously installed. The entire system, once complete, was successfully tested. Luis spent time demonstrating operation and control through the microprocessor user interface. Within about 10 days of installation we experienced another of too many power outages. Within 5 seconds, the generator came online providing power to the entire house. While many companies can install a generator, very few would handle the entire process with the dedication and professionalism of Lowery. They handled every detail, including township permitting and coordination with the propane tank installer. In this age of stronger and more powerful storms, the likelihood of power outages is growing. The last storm we experienced caused a 35 hour outage with severe impact on our heating, sump pump, refrigeration and comfort.
