I highly recommend the Lubbock location of LL! My elderly parents had a plumbing issue that caused flooding and floor damage. Unfortunately, my parents had serious problems with a contractor who tried to take advantage of them by supplying lesser quality flooring than they paid for. The manager at this location, Trey, and the entire staff at LL were amazing. They truly went out of their way to help make sure my parents were able to get the correct flooring. We are grateful for the knowledgeable, professional and caring staff and the top quality products they offer.
