Our A/C went out on a Thursday night so I called around 9 on Friday morning. The young lady was helpful and courteous and set an appointment for us that very afternoon! JD came out at the scheduled time-no delays, no rescheduling- and had our unit repaired and running well in no time!! We live in a small, rural town and usually have to wait at least a couple of days then another few so parts can come in etc. but JD's took care of us promptly and courteously! Thank you so much! Highly recommend this company!!
William with JD's is amazing! He was out to the property within a couple hours and was very understanding that I was heading from across town to meet him. I even called with a question regarding a different matter and William answered my questions. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!
I would highly recommend Jd's plumbing heating and air for all your plumbing needs.Cole Minter is a life saver he was at my house promptly and found where my leak was coming from and fixed it right away!He was really fast and polite and even cleaned up the water that leaked onto my bathroom floor.I will recommend Jd's to all my friends and family who need plumbing or ac work !Thanks Cole
