I can’t even begin to express my gratitude to this clinic and the people in it. A few weeks ago I had to put down my sweet sweet Cosmo. It was my first time going through the process. I called 3 vets here in LBK and Hub City was the only place that responded with compassion. I could feel the genuineness in Rachel’s voice every time she answered the phone. I immediately knew this is where I had to bring him. The experience although heartbreaking and without a doubt the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do, every one I encountered that day was so attentive, patient, and kind. Have been a customer for several years. The staff has been awesome, the vet care exceptional and the doctors are amazing. Today we had to put our 12 year old German shepherd down. Dr. Falcon was compassionate and offered to pray over him before letting him rest. Never have I had such an experience, absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Thank you all.
