Had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy today and I have to say he is one of the most professional and insightful technicians in any industry ive dealt with. Smiled whole time, replied yes, no sir and understands the importance of repeat customers. He takes pride at being good at anything he does. They dont pay me to think but I think he has management potential written all over him. Im hope they take care of this guy and make sure he has what he needs in order to stick around.

Gafford sprayed my apartment a few years ago and did a sloppy job. They came again recently, however, and did a great job. I've totally changed my opinion and would recommend them based on my latest experience.

Tony was just lovely, respectful of current social distancing recommendations and made sure he was thorough and all areas were taken care of. We just got the spray so I cant attest to the product itself, but as long as it works as well as their people it will be great.
