Poor patient interactions. The doctor leaves the explanation for potential treatment to the hygienist. And this was more than a simple filling. He couldn't be bothered. So we weren't bothered when we changed dentists after more than a decade.
I can not begin to express how much we love Dyal Family Dentistry. The staff is great and always so nice. Lori was so helpful in assisting in everything I needed with some documents. They are all just an amazing team! Thank you Dyal Family Dentistry!
Dr Marshall at this office did a root canal on me. I was wondering why it took about a total of an hour in two appointments for this but trusted him. No prep was done on the tooth and the crown was seated. The crown has fallen off and the tooth is rotten. Now it just has to be pulled .. so sad some dentist don't care about their patients.
