This is the best place to get flowers their design and attention to detail is amazing. The staff is kind and always provides great customer service. I will not order from anywhere else.

Have had several dealings with Box of Rain and have always been more than happy with my service! I just needed to order flowers for a funeral and it was SO EASY! I called & told them my budget -- they got all the details, delivery info, etc. and I was off the phone in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend!!

I live in Arizona and I realized that I had forgotten my sisters birthday, who lives in Lubbock. I tried to order online at the 1800 places but they would not be able to deliver flowers until the next day. I looked up local florists in LBB, and found Box of Rain. Ryan was amazing. Not only did they have a beautiful bouquet, he delivered it for me. what is amazing about that is he was the only one there that day. Since my sisters house was a few blocks away, he closed up for a few minutes and dropped it off so it would be there when she got home from work! She was so surprised. Thank you so much for the great customer service!!
