Maggie was extremely friendly as was AJ and his team who came out and installed our new ac/heating unit! They got it done extremely fast and even cleaned and swept up the area where they performed the work. I highly recommend B & R for any ac/heating needs!

From Maggie on the phone when you call to AJ fixing all our problems, B&R knows what they are doing. We have used them for almost 10 years and they have either fixed what we had broken or helped us as much as they can and told us what to do next. We just got through having broken pipes and no water for 4 days, with B&R helping us all along the way. Water finally started flowing last night and we even got a call this morning to check on us and see if we had any more problems. Who does that!!?? You will not go wrong with the crew at B&R. We can't recommend them enough. So happy to have them here in Lubbock!!!

By far this was the best plumber I've ever done business with! Ricky was very professional and listened to all my concerns when it came to my leaks he assured me that he would do everything he could to repair them before completely reinstalling and this would save me a ton! Thank you so much B& R for sending him out !Couldn't be more satisfied with his expertise and would definitely recommend you guys for the job!
