Unfortunately, during the hottest week of the Summer, our AC went out. After just purchasing my home, I knew it was poorly maintained, but had tried to correct this and done all I knew to do.
It was probably one of their busiest times and yet they were able to come out within 24 hours! Chris was the tech that came out and had our AC up and going in 30 min with some added helpful tips!
Chris was so very careful to care for our home too! He had used our hose and put it back better than I had it which certainly I didn’t expect him too!
Saved me from melting and installed an awesome system that runs so quiet I can't tell it's even on. Techs were all friendly and respectful and office staff went above and beyond. Thank you!
Artic Aire got me in a day earlier than scheduled because of a cancelation.
Shane explained me my options & after a few minutes I went out to him & asked him his professional opinion. He gave me several options & told me the office would call me. I spoke with Melanie who I give a perfect 10 score to for everything she did for me. She is on top of her job & makes you feel good about doing business with Artic Aire...
