We have trusted our 3 pups to the care of Dr. Ishida and the Above & Beyond vet techs for 8 years, and have nothing but wonderful things to say! They are always very thorough and provide the cost (or a close estimate) up-front. They also provide an optional “paw plan”, that we have for each of our dogs and significantly reduces the cost of vet visits! I’ve never had pets enjoy their vet visits, but our pups LOVE going to the clinic! This place is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. I found my kitten over a month ago. She was hardly 10 weeks old and sick with a fever and umbilical hernia. The staff here did not pressure any procedures and were transparent in pricing. Of course, I had to help this baby kitty and take her in! They've helped me every step of the way. Clear communication. Rescheduling if I needed to come in earlier. Explaining how to help the kitten. I've never felt pressured. We got the kitten antibiotics, a surgery, and now she is all healed up! These are good people who care about animals and their health. Thank you so much for what you do!
