“I've had a full set of gutters for several years! No problems until this year when we got rain again. The area in front of my front porch started overflowing like Niagra Falls which then impacted the wood behind the gutters. It turned out a large rock closed off the drainspout outlet making the water back up.<br>I called a business l found on Google, taking a chance bc 2 other options did NOT workout.<br>James came, assessed the problem and gave me a reasonable and sensible quote. (One other roof/gutter business wanted to replace ALL of the other working gutters for $28K.?)<br>James is a miracle worker. Intelligent, insightful, clever, industrious, believes in recycling and re-using still workable supplies and HONEST! He did an outstanding job...all by himself (not needing extra, costly and sometimes NOT needed helpers)...but careful. My finished product looks better than the original! He also reattached a couple of downspouts which had fallen off bc another person cut corners! JAMES is truly a diamond in the rough!<br>I may be an old lady, but l am still alert and observant. BC l was a single home owner, l kept learning how to maintain my home. It was easy to see he knew what he was doing.<br>JAMES IS AN ASSET, and l have already made plans for him return!<br>Obviously, l recommend him and his employer!“

“This family owned business did an EXCELLENT job throughout the process of replacing our roof. Because this was a mansard roof, the top was a commercial roofing effort and the siding was a residential project. There was a major complication caused by the last roofer and they acted quickly to resolve. In the process of this project Klade power washed the sidewalk and front/back porches. He did the same for the gutter clean up. Their attention to detail was above and beyond my expectations. Klade was my main contact and he and his parents were involved throughout the project. Klade was very responsive and communicated proactively from the bidding process and through to completion. I cannot recommend RRoofing highly enough. You will not be sorry by selecting them for outstanding service and the work performed.“

They better keep her around.<br>***<br>Before the Job:<br>Julio was very available and responsive. He came by, spent time with us, and wasn't upset when we initially missed his appointment(oops).<br>I was apprehensive about going with JAC because I was initially going to go with a roofer that we knew personally, but Julio was so knowledgeable on policies and roofing, that it felt like the safe choice. He worked a good deal with us, actually it was about the same amount of our other quote, but we still decided to go with them.<br>The workers and materials came exactly when they said, and the job went smoothly. A project manager, I assume, came by to check on things too.<br><br>After the Job:<br>We let Julio know how things went and that one of my garden decorations was broken by some equipment. He said to send him where I got it from and he'd replace it. Also there were some shingle count inaccuracies, so he got with us to fix that too...<br>We noticed that the vents were either not placed properly or the old ones were replaced. We called Julio several times, no answer. We sent him texts and pictures, no reply. It's been over a week, no reply. We messaged his secretary, she finally got back with us and said that they'd send someone out to fix it, but we don’t know when, she called us today to let us know they have some jobs right now and will come when the window opens.<br><br>We asked about the garden decoration replacement update, ghost. We haven’t gotten a reply from Julio, but Faith took care of it after some communication delays.<br><br>So all in all 3 stars. Great in the beginning ghost at the end from the owner. He hasn't replied to us at all but the secretary has.“
