Because this was a mansard roof, the top was a commercial roofing effort and the siding was a residential project. There was a major complication caused by the last roofer and they acted quickly to resolve. In the process of this project Klade power washed the sidewalk and front/back porches. He did the same for the gutter clean up. Their attention to detail was above and beyond my expectations. Klade was my main contact and he and his parents were involved throughout the project. “I have known Joe for fifteen years and he installed my roof on my home in Clifton Texas fourteen years ago. After several wind and hailstorms over the years my roof failed enough my current insurance approved a new roof. Because of so much hail in our area for the past two years we had several roofing contractors requesting to review my roof of which I could not seem to get anything through. At that point I remembered Joe and thought about the amazing roof he installed fourteen years ago. I called him to see if he was still doing roofing. He shared with me that he was still doing them and has been in business for over forty years. He came right out and was able to make a satisfactory offer the same day. We had to dodge rain for a week or two but once that stopped, he got right on it and finished within a two-day period. The crew was very professional and cleaned up each day after they worked. Joe worked with me on the color change for the new roof to find a good blend for the color of the brick. He replaced the old whirly bird vents with the newer technology ridge vent system. The roof looks great and really made our home so much more attractive. By the way he matched the attached garage that I had perfectly. I would recommend him and feel equally confident in his remodeling capabilities. The roof was completed on June 24, 2025, and we have had no issues.“
