Professional...Highest IntegrityThe new ownership of Stone Works have drastically improved their customer service. We had a warranty claim for close to one year that was not being handled. The new owners took over and sprung into action. Honoring a messy warranty claim, providing a quality replacement product, and best of all....the installation team was the best I have ever seen.I have completely changed my opinion of Stone Works since Kenneth Travis has taken over the ship!
