I used to love going to them for appointments, but when my doctor left they dropped me like I was hot. to use their own words, " she doesn't work here anymore. who do you expect to contact you if there is an issue with your refills? " now I've been without my medicine for 2 weeks and no one there seems willing to help me out. it was more important for payroll to get done that for the office manager to speak with me. no diabetic meds, blood pressure meds, antidepressants for two weeks...any idea how that effects the body and mind? I guess I just ceased to exist

One of the best Doctors in East Texas! She truly cares for her patients and listens and gets down to the problem so she can fix it!Every time I’ve seen the dr I have left feeling better knowing that my issue was fixed.Would recommend Dr Thompson to anyone.

I recently tried to schedule an appointment and they refused to see me. I have a credit with there office and I have good ins. I haven't been to them in a while due to covid restrictions and dieing spouse. No reason given they just refuse to see a patient they have been treating for at least 20 years. The office staff has always been horrible but I trusted the PA and Dr. Shen. Just really don't get it!!
