By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. First of all it’s hard to find a dr and also it’s hard to find a dr that you trust. I’ve been to this place 3 times to see LaDonna Thompson and they never listen. Went in today with a blood pressure of 170 over 114 and after sitting in the office for 1 hour and 15 mins still never seen a dr. If your appointment is for 3:30 that mean you should see someone around that time. At 4:45 I walked out without seeing anyone. Trust me when I tell you to go find a better ran facility with a better staff.

Amy was kind but not the best at listening, and her office was terrible. I loved coming to see Np Stephanie Hunt but this new office staff does not give you clear instructions, does not seem to know what is going on, there is no online chart, nor are you provided with any visit summary to provide proof of visit or refer back to any noted conditions or medications. Not to mention the wait time, regardless of when you arrive.

I used to love going to them for appointments, but when my doctor left they dropped me like I was hot. to use their own words, " she doesn't work here anymore. who do you expect to contact you if there is an issue with your refills? " now I've been without my medicine for 2 weeks and no one there seems willing to help me out. it was more important for payroll to get done that for the office manager to speak with me. no diabetic meds, blood pressure meds, antidepressants for two weeks...any idea how that effects the body and mind? I guess I just ceased to exist
