James recently completed a refresh of our kitchen. His advice and depth of knowledge guided me in choosing the paint color, lighting and flooring. James has a lot of patience. He was here everyday overseeing his professional and expert crew. No detail was overlooked. I appreciate the pride that he has in the work.

I read the other reviews and realized there’s not much I can add that hasn’t already been said about James Grant and Premier Construction. He’s the only one I will ever call because he envelops all of the traits I’m looking for in a contractor. He is experienced, professional, punctual, attentive, organized and always present. When someone is working on your job, he will be on site and he will be “hands on”, not sitting in his pickup. I had avoided replacing my failing 2003 drop-in stove because new ranges are larger and countertops and cabinets would have to be adjusted to fit it. James Graham was working next door on bathrooms and floors. My neighbor was impressed with the quality of his work. James came over and measured carefully and gave me a written quote that day to install my new range, microwave and dishwasher. They also built inserts that fit onto the existing shelves in my lower cabinets. I can now pull each shelf out into the room allowing me to see & reach exactly what I need without bending over.
