Excellent service so far. They came out the same day I called my home warranty company. If you need a good home warranty company, I would highly suggest 2/10 Home Warranty. I had Choice Home Warranty before them and they were an absolute nightmare, but so far 2/10 has been fantastic. So has Payne Mechanical.

Very fast & efficient. I have used them twice now & both times they’ve been able to come out within a couple of days of me calling them. The only thing i have to do when they finish up is sweep up the room they worked in, which is no problem! They are pretty good about cleaning up after themselves!

I had faucets, shut offs and old pipes under the sink replaced. I am very impressed. Dustin was polite, professional, efficient and worked diligently. Will definitely call Payne's for future needs!
