There aren’t many people who work harder or care more about the quality of their work than Lance. He pours everything he has into what he does. I’ve personally seen him work late into the night, trying to fix things that weren’t his fault and weren’t even his responsibility. He consistently goes above and beyond, not for recognition, but because that’s just who he is. If you’re looking for someone who’s honest, dependable, and truly takes pride in their work, you won’t find better.

Lance and his team installed my floors and countertops about 4 years ago. Him and his team were extremely professional and proficient. I could not be more pleased with the work performed. Lance even went above and beyond to help me pick the countertop that would work best for my kitchen needs as well as match my color theme. I can’t tell you how many “inspo” pictures he looked through with me to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be using Kokenzie flooring for future projects and I recommend them to everyone I know!
