I have used Jeff four times over the past three years for annual tune-ups. He is amazing in that he uncovers problems with my computer that I didn't even know I had that was causing my computer to be very slow. He also discovered that the computer was not syncing properly. I always have a list of questions for him about ways of using my computer and he is great at knowing how to explain things to me. I scheduled an hour remote session, but he had to reload and update several programs which took him 3,5 hours. He does not stop until the computer is working perfectly. He is such an honorable man that he only charged me for one hour. You do not need to sit at the computer...read full review

We appreciate and respect the work Jeff did! He fixed my husband's business site in a matter of hours. My husband was locked out if his site and was honestly panicked. Jeff fixed it and was communicating the whole time.
