Always love & a pleasure doing business with ETR. They are Johnny on the spot when needed. They are efficient & informative on every call each & every time I use them. Always my go to when the need arises.
My AC went out in the middle of July , with me being 9 months pregnant, 5 days before my baby arrives. To say I was stressed would be an understatement. We called ETR at 7:30 in the morning on a Saturday. My technician Oscar Miranda was here by 8:30 and my AC was fixed by 9. Beyond pleased with the service provided and will use again in the future. Oscar was very kind and respectful and easy to talk to!! Thank you so much ETR/Oscar , yall saved the day!
The two technicians were thorough and very knowledgeable and polite. They explained everything and answered all my questions and suggested some future needs of the unit. I was well pleased.
