In the early hours of a Sunday morning, our alarm went off — a pipe had burst in the ceiling and was flooding the downstairs of our home. Flood Out was at our house within 45 minutes of being called. They arrived with an incredible team and immediately got to work — vacuuming up the water, removing furniture, and setting up equipment. They also packed up all the glassware and furniture and moved it to two store rooms.

At one point, I think they had over 50 fans and several dehumidifiers running to make sure everything was completely dried out. They stayed until the job was done, and their professionalism and efficiency were outstanding.
