Aire Serv is professional as well as very knowledgeable, we had Derrick, the technician come and check out our AC unit because it kept reading high humidity. We’ve had several other technicians come out through our home warranty plan, but since we decided not to renew it anymore, I reached out to Air Serve because they take excellent care of our business Beltone Hearing Aid for us. I’ve always been very pleased with the results. Derrick, came out corrected the problem. He knew exactly what was going on and it was cool as a cucumber before he left. Talk about great customer service. As an extra bonus, we received a follow up call the next morning, just to make sure that we were pleased with the service and everything was working properly as expected. Wow, you don’t see that anymore great job Derrick ! Great job Air Serve !! He’s a keeper!
