Yanez Heating & Air was so helpful and got us on track to taking care of our new home. What we thought was a big ac repair was actually totally different and Jose's honesty was such a relief! This man and his team have excellent customer service and knowledge. They came in and installed a brand new central system and I couldn't be happier. He even went above and beyond and returned later when I had a minor problem. Great guys and great work.

We recently had an AC emergency and Jose with Yanez Heating and Air came to our home right away! Not only did he provide excellent service but his pricing was reasonable. He is a thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly, kind-hearted! We'll definitely be using his services again.
