Professional staff and great customer service from the moment you walk in! Audiologist Sandy, was great. She explained how the test would occur and then went over my results in detail.

Great staff at Longhorn. Very thorough. They make sure that they attend to every one of your needs and concerns. They make you feel like they "WANT" to help you. They don't make you feel like they "HAVE " to help you. Thank you Longhorn. Keep up the good work.

this place is wonderful. always cheerful and helpful. Sandy is great at was she does and is always ready to help you, as well her staff is very sweet and helpful. I take my devices in to be cleaned and always walk away with a pleasant experience. #1 place to go to if you have hearing issues. It surpasses the big complex places I have been to in the past. They are there to help and you walk out feeling respected and helped with your situation as each person is unique of themselves.
