A few years ago I was in a car accident that shattered my right ankle and after 2 surgeries and many doctor's appointments, it was time for me to try therapy. I found Anice's business and set up my appointment and was obviously scared at first but Anice was so wonderful at making sure I was comfortable and came up with custom plans that would best fit me and my injury. I was with her for almost a year and I truly believe that if it were not for Anice I wouldn't be walking as well as I do! She never babied me which was exactly what I needed and she always pushed me to do my best no matter how much I wanted to give up! I use her techniques even now that I don't see her anymore and I hear her encouraging words everyday when I feel like I don't want to keep doing my therapy exercises. I would proudly recommend Anice to anyone needing her expertise. You won't regret your decision to go with Lockhart Sports Therapy! Thank you for everything!
