“Roy is an AMAZING human being. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I feel the need to. One of our cats got wedged in a gutter (under leaf guard) on our fairly steep, metal slick roof (2nd story). After calling around all over town, I found Roy and he came out within the hour. He searched the attic where we first thought she was (dangerous and full of blown in insulation). Then he had to figure a way to get up onto our extremely high roof (even our longest extension ladder wasn’t long enough), get all the way to the edge, use pliers to lift the metal leaf guard and pull our kitty out and carefully get himself and her down. He would not accept a dime from me either no matter how much I tried to pay him. He’s literally a lifesaver. She’d been in there approximately 6 days and we had no idea. She wouldn’t have survived another night. It took well over a month for her to recover and she’s still not at 100%, but she’s getting there!! So grateful. We’ve now switched our quarterly pest control to his company and will be forever grateful!!!! It’s not everyday you find someone like him. Thank you so much. ☺️“
