I can’t say enough good things about this family business.They took care of us when our hot water heater had a connection come loose and start watering our attic. Their quick attention kept the mess to a minimum! They take care of everything, they are truly full service. These are the nicest people to work with!

A few weeks ago I woke up to discover water coming through the grooves of my hardwood floor. Panicked, I immediately called my insurance agent. The insurance adjustor assigned to my claim recommended Crossin Restoration to conduct the mediation. First, I had no idea Crossin dealt with this kind of thing. I thought they were only a moving company. Second, Bryan Crossin had to explain to me what mediation meant in this situation. He and his team were at my house within half an hour. He called in the professionals needed to find the source of the water immediately upon inspecting the damage. His team then began tearing out the floor. My entire bedroom, sitting room, and part of my living room had water under the boards. Apparently this water had been making its way for a long time. Once all of the wet wood was removed, Bryan brought in industrial fans to dry the foundation affected by the water. These ran for 4 days 24 hours a day. Someone from Crossin came every day to check the moisture levels and Bryan Crossin (owner) also made onsite visits as well as keeping me informed on a regular basis. He was available every day (including weekends) to address any questions or concerns I had. All I had to do was call or text him. Before I knew it, he had his men loading my furniture into Crossin moving trucks and taking it to his storage facility. I was dreading having to pack things into boxes to store. Bryan had some of his team there the next day wrapping and packing for me. After the mediation process was completed, Bryan continued with the restoration process. He worked with my insurance adjuster to ensure I received an appropriate and realistic amount for repairs. I did not have to worry about anything. Bryan arranged for the floors to be replaced and the walls to be painted. All I had to do was pick out the materials I wanted. Now that the restoration is complete, I love the results. He has posted before and after pictures of my home on his company's facebook page. This kind of situation is extremely stressful. Bryan did everything he could to relieve some of that stress. Most reviews give the option of rating a company between 1 and 5 stars. In this case, I would give Crossin Restoration 10 stars! All I can say is Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!
