We are VERY pleased with Best Air! They were quick to send a technician out to take care of our clogged A/C drain. Sent a technician within 4-6 hrs. Manny was very thorough and we thought it was cleared since it was draining properly when he left. However, it began to leak out the over flow within a day or so. Manny came back out and leveled the pan and it cleared up again. Again, within a day it was leaking through the overflow. This time Tyler came out and blew the lines out. This has taken care of the issue. Some items just take time to figure out and they were quick to respond every time. Thanks Manny and Tyler for your professionalism and willingness to continue to tackle the problem with such a pleasant and caring nature. Thanks to Best Air for your rapid response and hiring such nice young men.
