The Owner has worked with me to resolve the issue and the garment is wearable with minimal signs of the prior issue. I appreciate their willingness to fix this.

I'm not one to leave reviews and historically I've had a decent track record at this tailor. However, they recently tailored a blazer for me and used non-washable ink on a light grey blazer. The jacket is ruined with marks along the sleeve and their only recommendation was to take it to the dry cleaner. I have now had it dry cleaned twice to attempt to fix their mishap and they have not been willing to offer a solution. The blazer was not cheap, so this is a very expensive mistake. Unfortunately, we will not be going back to them given their inability to make it right.“
