great staff, organized, and friendly. I had an extraction performed, due to a cracked tooth, by Dr. Dean. She is great at communicating what will occur during the procedure, took her time making sure it was numb before we started, and answered any questions I had. The procedure went great and I had very little pain afterward. She followed up personally to check on me and answered any follow-up questions I had. She has a lot of positive energy and great sense of humor. I also got to work with Brittany and she was excellent at helping me schedule appointments and answering questions before/after the procedure.
On 4/30/2024, I visited the Little Elm office for my annual wellness visit and to have an extraction. Everyone was very personable and knowledgeable. Dr. Deans completed the extraction, which was my k9, and the roots were long. She was gentle, and she talked me through the entire process. She, personally, followed up with me today to see how I was feeling and I must say I have no pain and just a tiny bit of swelling around the extraction sight!

My daughter Jessica goes here to get her dental needs met, as our previous dentist did not take her insurance. She now has envisaline and she is very happy to finally be able to get this done. She is paying for it on her own, which makes her feel more responsible. Thank you for being so kind to my daughter Jessica.
