“I have taken my dog there a few times and have never had an issue with staff. They have always been very helpful and and courteous. I looked at the previous reviews and they were a couple years old. I don't think that person everyone was talking about is there as I never have had an issue since I have gone there in 2023. Just wanted everyone to know.“

“We came across this gem before Dr. Nick Koten took over. Then, Dr Koten took over, I must say he’s a very trusted Dr. I live in Dallas Tx, i tried vets in Dallas, and they are gimmicks. Dr Koten, is a very trustworthy, caring and direct person. He’s definitely worth the hour and 30 minute drive. He’s an expert when it comes to my chihuahua. “The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is because when I went i unfortunately had to put my best friend down.. so I was pretty upset. But everyone was really sweet and respectful, they took the time to listen to way i came to the decision I did. The price was a lot but the service is worth it“
