This animal clinic is magnificent! Very organized with super management and efficiency. My pit- boxer mix was having some side effects from rat poison ingestion after being seen in a,South Tyler clinic the night before. Most clinics had no vet available or were booked with appts. and did not consider the need for emergent care that I was conveying. Emergency clinic was unavailable as they only open after the clinics close. Dr. Koten's office answers answers the phone with emergency or can you hold? Dr. Koten and his staff are absolutely amazing. I could ask for better care for my horses and dogs. They are the type that remember my babies' names and treat them like they their family, too. I am forever grateful for Dr. Koten, who has saved soooo many of my babies.
