Being a first time home owner, I was nervous, but Mr. Tim guided me through everything!! The zoom call was really special to me, because he showed me everything along the way!! Mr. Tim also didn't miss a beat when explaining to me everything, he made sure I understood. He really got into the nicks and crannies of everything as well! I highly recommend Tim for your home inspection!!
Very thorough and professional, I had a large home, apartment, barndomenium, and other structures inspected and Mr Hastings had a lot to inspect and completed it in a very timely manner.
I'm a realtor, and as a group we have a love/hate relationship with home inspectors; love 'em when we rep the buyer, not so much when we're listing, unless our client's house is an absolute pearl, which is rare - there is always something.If there's "something", Tim will find it.I've personally used two different home inspectors in the last two weeks, one for an investment property purchase, the other (Tim) for our desired new primary residence. The first guy blew through there like he was late for a hot date...although he did find sufficient problems to have us reconsider the buy, we felt his overall attention to detail was lacking.Not so with Tim.
