I can’t say enough about the lovingkindness the staff at Caudle Rutledge Daugherty FH shares. Our dad passed away in April in Lindale, yet was buried in Milano. For those that don’t know, that’s a 3-3.5 hr drive. Staff from Caudle Rutledge Daugherty FH were there for us. They didn’t out source it, they were there.

Five months later, our stepdad passed away. Again, we were shown God’s lovingkindness thru the staff at Caudle Rutledge Daugherty FH.

I can't even begin to let everyone know how special the Staff at Caudle-Rutledge made the passing of my Son so special. Their kindness and caring was so over the top. If I ever had a question, or concerns, the answer was always given. From the insurance being taking care of, to planning, and picking out the right stuff for the service and closing of the service went so smoothly. Even afterwards when the services were over, I didn't even have to worry about the things that were left behind in the Chaple, again they went above and beyond to ensure I had all of my son's things. Eric and Jeff made an extremely difficult and emotional process smooth. They were respectful of our wishes and treated all of us with compassion. The answered all our questions and walked us through everything. I also appreciated that they didn't try to sell us things we did not want or need. I highly recommend this funeral home.
