The lady that did my color and cut absolutely ruined my hair.Along with cutting 8 1/2" when I said 4" to 6", she bleached it for WAY to long. She even consulted with colleague. Within a week my hair was falling out and breaking off. I've lost a third of my hair volume and it will never regrow in my lifetime. Worst experience I've ever had!
