Rob from Liberty Air came out to look at our A/C for why it wasn’t cooling as efficiently. He discovered the problem very quickly and recommended the solution. In the meantime, he patched the problem until it could be fixed correctly. That happened today. What a world of difference!! This was our first experience with Liberty since they bought out our previous A/C guys biz who we used for 15+ yrs. Good to see it landed in good hands! Thanks Liberty, look forward to a good relationship moving forward!!

Clint came out and was very professional. He was so knowledgeable and had our problems diagnosed within a few minutes and repaired in no time. The entire process from the first call to having our air conditioning working again was A+. This is my primary choice when having AC or Heating problems.

I guess the first rating did not go through. That's OK because when you're treated right, especially by a business, you should be willing to talk about them over and over. Our heat pump was giving us a problem that I couldn't fix. After sending up the proverbial white flag, I gave Liberty Hill Air-conditioning a call. Customer service? Off the charts. Professionalism and courtesy? Off the charts. Who will we call next time, before I think about fixing the air conditioning? Liberty Hills Air-conditioning.
