Used Ivory cleaners a few times and always pleased with their service. Recently took our comforter and pillow shams to be cleaned; once home I noticed a small section of the seam on the pillow sham had come apart at the piping. I took it back the next day; it was repaired at no charge. Pillow sham looks good as new. No hassles no problem simply repaired. Great customer service.

We've had 1 bad experience, where the presser ruined a shirt, but they came up w a solution that satisfied us both. Free cleaning for a month. They're. friendly and professional. We've used them for over 10 years.

I just got my wedding dress & fiancé's tuxedo jacket back from being altered and they fit perfectly! Both look flawless and you can't even tell they were taken in, which is amazing because they both have patterns. They got both items back to us in 2 weeks and they price is extremely reasonable. Will be bringing other items here in the future!
