“I recently found this little gem of a salon on a Facebook post. I'm new to the area and have been looking for a new salon, more specifically one that didn't cost half my paycheck for a cut and color. I booked an appointment with James and can honestly say I've found my new go to guy! James was very personable and when I gave him a general idea of what I was looking for and said do your magic he delivered! I was so happy with the cut, color, and price I was already telling him to start thinking of ideas for the next time before leaving. He was clear on setting my expectations for the price of the services prior to starting as well. Thanks S+W for spoiling me every visit ?I went to Salt + Wave for the first time yesterday. I almost didn't go for lack of online reviews, but I am so glad I didnt let that stop me. My experience started when I called to make my appointment. I spoke with Cassidee(sp?) one of the owners. She was super accommodating and helped me find a stylist and appointment time that would work for me(I have four kids, so not the easiest?). I made an appointment with Morgan for a partial highlight. She was so great about asking me what I wanted, how I normally styled my hair, and looked at pictures with me to make sure she knew what I was asking for. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision which was great since I was doing something completely different than my norm.She walked me through the entire process and gave me the pricing beforehand which was super helpful. After she took out the foils and shampooed ?‍♀️ my hair, she had me double check the color to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I haven't ever had anyone do that before. The salon was also super cute, trendy, and comfortable. I will definitely be back and will highly recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you so much for a great experience.
