The best family experience. The staff was so courteous and helpful. I really needed someone caring and helpful. Katie is one of the great nurse practitioner. She understood my needs and listened carefully and gave me the right treatment.

Each visit to any health care provider can be different and evoke different feelings. This is dependent upon numerous factors; how busy they are, what has transpired just before your appearance, personal problems of the staff, etc. The most important is who you deal with once you are being treated/examined. In my case this was the NP named Katie. She was one of the nicest, most professional people I have ever dealt with. She is knowledgeable, patient, appears caring, listens, never dismisses your concerns, explains her rationale in detail, and is simply an incredibly pleasant person.
